The coffee has gone cold.

CopyCoffee is not running anymore. Here is what happened to it.

It was a set of AI agents that learned your brand and wrote content in your voice. I built it, rebuilt it, and then rebuilt it again. And while I was building, the ground moved. Copy agents went from rare to everywhere, and the models underneath got good enough on their own that most of what I had wrapped around them stopped being the hard part.

But the more interesting thing was the problem I kept walking into while building it. Not how to write faster. How to know what actually fits in a day, and where the hours went once the day is over. I could not find a tool that did that well, so I am building one.
